The Moorings Park Grande Lake Clubhouse and Residence Tower is the second phase of a multi-phased new master planned continuing care residential community located on 55 acres adjacent to Naples Grande Golf Club. The high rise building is a mixed use of amenities, a resort style pool and deck and 16 private residences.

The amenities portion of the building includes the Center for Healthy Living which consists of three floors and approximately 73,000 SF. The Center consists of Casual and Fine Dining venues, a Private Dining Room, Art Studio, Wellness Center, Fitness Center, Golf Simulator, a 120 seat Theater, Art Studio, Concierge Health Clinic, Rehabilitative Services, Salon and Spa.
