North Dallas Medical Center
The North Dallas Medical Center is a 15,000-square-foot, multi-tenant facility developed by Samples Properties and Meridian Surgical Partners and designed by Grace Hebert Curtis. Located in North Dallas, just east of the Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road, the complex includes a 9,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center, which houses an imaging department and physician offices.

Timeless Modern
Despite opening in 2011, both the interior and façade continue to look modern yet timeless.
Multifaceted
The multiple tenant finish-outs included Maverick Convalescent, The Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery, The Center for Spine Care and Radiology Associates’ Prestonwood Imaging Center.
Expansive Facility
With four preoperative outpatient beds, the North Dallas Medical Center also houses eight additional postoperative beds (three being private, extended observation rooms) for a total of 12 patient beds.
