Florida Cancer Specialists’ (FCS) North Port provides cancer patients in the community with a new local treatment option in a warm and inviting state-of-the-art facility. The center features 16 exam rooms divided into 4 pods, public and private infusion chairs and blood draw chairs, as well as a PET/CT suite with 3 uptake rooms.

The interior of the facility is designed for four care providers, each having individual exam pods with direct access to huddle spaces for their teams. These exam pods are accessible from a centrally located corridor, ensuring easy access for both staff and patients to the phlebotomy, lab, imaging suite, shot room, and infusion areas. Additionally, the pharmacy is directly adjacent to the nursing station, with a pass-through cabinet from the compounding room to the nurse station to increase staff efficiency.
