Frost Bank Las Colinas

Frost Bank Las Colinas blends commercial and retail elements to serve the surrounding Irving community. The building balances functionality with architectural impact, featuring a bold 30-foot-tall limestone-clad tower that marks the entrance and conveys a sense of stability and distinction. Adjacent to the main structure, a four-lane motor bank extends services outdoors under a protective canopy, equipped with an ATM, transaction drawer, two 4-inch pneumatic tubes for personal banking, and an 8-inch tube designed specifically for commercial use.

The interior of the bank offers a modern, open-concept layout that encourages customer engagement and a welcoming atmosphere. Departing from traditional teller lines, the lobby features a freestanding greeter station as its central point of contact, streamlining service while enhancing interaction. The space is thoughtfully programmed with two small conference rooms and one large conference room to accommodate a range of client meetings. In addition, the layout includes five private staff offices and a four-seat administrative workstation pod, promoting both efficiency and collaboration among bank employees.

Staff amenities and operational functionality are equally prioritized throughout the facility. The motor bank office includes large windows with full visibility of the drive-up lanes, ensuring seamless monitoring and service for customers utilizing the exterior banking features. For staff comfort and convenience, the building is equipped with a break room and two single-occupant restrooms. A private room for phone conversations further enhances the space, offering a quiet retreat for sensitive or extended calls. Altogether, Frost Bank Las Colinas represents a modern approach to banking—blending practical design, thoughtful amenities, and architectural character to create a dynamic community banking experience.
