The Fort Worth Police Department Mounted Patrol is a welcome site throughout the City. As the unit has grown, so has its need for adequate space. Our firm designed a facility that houses both offices and stables for the Mounted Patrol unit. The facility houses 5,600 SF of office space for officers and staff and 17,000 SF of conditioned barn space for the horses. The office space contains locker rooms, a community room and some exhibit space. The complex was built in a rural area with pasture and horse runs adjacent to the building.
