Maverick Hall is set to redefine the residential experience at The University of Texas at Arlington. This five-story residence hall will accommodate 654 beds, offering a mix of single and double occupancy rooms designed to cultivate a vibrant student community. The facility will feature contemporary amenities such as versatile learning spaces, dynamic student engagement areas, innovative technology, centralized gathering spots, and open kitchens on each floor to encourage student connections. Responding to the significant increase in freshman enrollment and the growing demand for on-campus housing, this initiative aligns with UTA's commitment to providing state-of-the-art accommodations. GHC in collaboration with KSQ are the Design Architects for this project, ensuring an unmatched living and learning experience for our student community.
