Renovations to Cattle Barn 1 included a new floor slab and stall assembly with new utilities, insulated roof and walls and a new restroom addition. A new entry to the south was created, and a new food court was added. The north facade of the Cattle Barn 1 was rehabilitated to improve the integrity of the construction. The entry vestibule was water proofed and re-roofed to eliminate damage to the tile mural caused by previous water damage.
