Moorings Park at Grey Oaks achieves the client’s ‘best of both worlds’ vision by activating a hub-and-spoke model that combines top healthcare services with an active lifestyle. Phase IV of the campus consists of 5.73 acres developed to provide a continuum of care and services to residences of all four phases by Moorings Park.

The project included two structures. The larger is a 179,000 sf, four-story over parking structure consisting of 38 Assisted Living and Assisted Dementia Living units, four guest units and 13 Independent Living units, as well as associated support and care, and social amenities. The smaller of the two buildings is a one-story 6,200 SF “Center for Healthy Living” providing health and rehabilitative services to all residents of Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, and also to the surrounding community.
